- When I paint, I try to coordinate my mind, my gesture and my brush. I try to achieve aesthetic harmony and balance. I am inspired by SHODŌ (Japanese calligraphy and painting, which aim to make people feel movement.) In SHODŌ, each gesture must reveal our inner light, in Japanese BOKKI. The rhythm of the ink must be visible, we must feel the movement. It is a form of meditation in movement. To achieve SHODŌ, one must be calm and relaxed to translate the meditative state into dynamic action.
- I also create and offer cyanothypes which are monochrome creations, made thanks to the beauty of nature which inspires me. Here again, I try to reproduce the movement of nature with inks.
- You will also find, in the store, some nudes obtained, all in light and shadow. I love the human body as it was created, without artifice, the natural balance and harmony inspires me. I try to reproduce this harmony and sensuality with two shades in a very minimalist way, so that only the emotion remains.
All my creations, works, are unique and not reproducible.
